My application was done on July 15th and we were told that we would hear back in 3-5 business days. When we hadn't heard anything by July 21st, we called and were told that someone had applied a week before us, so they were waiting on their decision, but they would let us know the next day, Friday, July 22nd. There was no call on the 22nd. On Tuesday, July 26, we called four times and finally got a human on the fourth call. They said they would check the status and get back to us that afternoon, but they didn't. I feel that this whole ordeal was just to get $100 from us for an apartment that wasn't even available.
