I lived here for 9 years in my 20s/early 30s and I can€™t recommend Pebbleshire enough. The buildings and property are really well maintained & pretty, clean, and VERY safe. The buildings and property are really well maintained & pretty, clean, and VERY safe. Common area/hallway carpets are professionally cleaned often and the exteriors are powerwashed a couple times a year. Snow removal was very quick. The buildings were secure and management really stressed safety & not buzzing strangers in to the building.Management was very communicative, professional, and friendly and kept us all up to date with newsletters or notes notifying us of cleanings or routine maintenance. Anytime I ever had an issue (leaky faucet, problem with fridge, clogged drain, etc) the property manager, Lisa, responded right away and the issue was always fixed quickly.I moved out only because I bought a place, but if I needed to rent again I would 100% go back to Pebbleshire. Rent is fair and the location is great - you also really can€™t beat the quality or safety. Plus, the surrounding neighborhood is beautiful & friendly and there€™s a great park or two within walking distance.more ...hide ...
