The buildings and property are really well maintained & pretty, clean, and VERY safe. The buildings were secure and management really stressed safety & not buzzing strangers in to the building.Management was very communicative, professional, and friendly and kept us all up to date with newsletters or notes notifying us of cleanings or routine maintenance. Anytime I ever had an issue (leaky faucet, problem with fridge, clogged drain, etc) the property manager, Lisa, responded right away and the issue was always fixed quickly.I moved out only because I bought a place, but if I needed to rent again I would 100% go back to Pebbleshire. Rent is fair and the location is great - you also really cant beat the quality or safety.
