Anytime I ever had an issue (leaky faucet, problem with fridge, clogged drain, etc) the property manager, Lisa, responded right away and the issue was always fixed quickly.I moved out only because I bought a place, but if I needed to rent again I would 100% go back to Pebbleshire. Rent is fair and the location is great - you also really cant beat the quality or safety.
