Maintenance isnt much better. Due to power surges we had 8 refrigerators which had to be replaced. The refrigerator for my unit was replaced with one from a handicap unit where the tenet had passed away. It was so beat up from wheelchair (which I understand), but had not been sanitized and was filthy. Door opened into living room instead of kitchen. When I moved into my apartment (lady passed away on it), it had not been cleaned or sanitized, carpets had not been vacuumed or cleaned, pink mold growing around bathtub rim and flooring around toiled smelled of urine.Lucas Creek Apts were beautiful when we moved in, but sadly this building is going down.
