Two days after receiving the letter, I went to the office to sign up but apparently they were all taken, and I would be put on a wait list. However new tenants moving in are able to reserve spots, and I see new reserved parking signs go up every week for other tenants. Ive called the office about this more than once. Im told were working on getting you a parking spot, just be on the lookout for an email which is the agreement for having assigned parking. That was now two weeks ago, and I still have yet to receive anything. Ive been nothing but patient with this place, but its at a breaking point. They charge you astronomical amounts of dollars to live here, and its not worth half of it. Theres mice infestations, broken glass all around the back walkways, trash and dog poop everywhere, and backed up sewage in the woods that took them months to actually do something about.
