On top of that, I found old documents from previous tenants on top of kitchen cupboards - no cleaning there! For those with kids, be aware that when running baths the paint may start chipping after 8-9 months and you need a doctor's note to get heat above 72. Also be cautious about using heaters as maintenance advised against it; parking can be good for guests but others might have trouble finding spots as they're mainly at either end of the complex. Lastly, rent isn't worth it if you have kids due to lack of convenience. In conclusion, this place isn't bad overall but needs some minor fixes. more ... hide ...

Absolutely love this place highly recommend to literally anyone Kind compassionate workers prompt and efficient maintenance staff beautiful landscape all around Id give it a solid 10 out of 10
