On top of that, I found old documents from previous tenants on top of kitchen cupboards - no cleaning there! For those with kids, be aware that when running baths the paint may start chipping after 8-9 months and you need a doctor's note to get heat above 72. Also be cautious about using heaters as maintenance advised against it; parking can be good for guests but others might have trouble finding spots as they're mainly at either end of the complex. Even if you let the office know, nothing gets done. My AC unit has been leaking into my return vent since Ive moved in over a year and a half ago. Each time theyve fixed it it still leaks. Now my AC is not working correctly at all. The phone number to call after hours is completely useless. Everytime Ive called about any issue, nobody shows up to repair anything. Dont even get me started on the parking situation. The office sent out a letter saying we can have a reserved spot for an extra $40 a month. Two days after receiving the letter, I went to the office to sign up but apparently they were all taken, and I would be put on a wait list. However new tenants moving in are able to reserve spots, and I see new reserved parking signs go up every week for other tenants. Ive called the office about this more than once. Im told were working on getting you a parking spot, just be on the lookout for an email which is the agreement for having assigned parking. That was now two weeks ago, and I still have yet to receive anything. Ive been nothing but patient with this place, but its at a breaking point. They charge you astronomical amounts of dollars to live here, and its not worth half of it. Theres mice infestations, broken glass all around the back walkways, trash and dog poop everywhere, and backed up sewage in the woods that took them months to actually do something about.
