From what i hear they are pushing out current residents in order to update kicking them out to spray a coat of paint and raise the price of the unit Could be lies but it really doesnt SOUND like it
The price and the staff seemed like the only positives Once we looked around we could see this place is kind of a dump Everything looked old andor on the verge of breakdown The area is also very questionable and even a little unsafe The nearby schoolThe price and the staff seemed like the only positives Once we looked around we could see this place is kind of a dump Everything looked old andor on the verge of breakdown The area is also very questionable and even a little unsafe The nearby schools are pretty bad and the neighbors appear to be mostly low rent or temporary and hoping to get out asap You can hear EVERYTHING through the walls That was the absolute deal breaker We also saw a couple of dead roaches and that does not bode well Thank goodness our profit sharing arrived in time and we were able to find a small house to purchase and restore Were so grateful we didnt have to move in I would have been embarrassed to have friends and family over as guests Good luckmore ...hide ...

And I I€™m posting this from my girlfriends account because I lost my phone in an accident that resulted in my hospitalization. I have a twelve year old dog at home who was left unattended while I was in the hospital. And I was gone for over 24 hours. I€™m not from Savannah and only have my girlfriend here. They would not let her in to check on my senior dog. They absolutely refused. Now she isn€™t on the lease so I can understand somewhat, but there was absolutely zero care or understanding on their part. I also lost my keys to my home. When I called to get someone to let me in my apartment to attend to my dog they never bothered to return my call till the next day. And they told me they would not let me in my apartment unless I wanted to pay 25 dollars to have them cut a key. Absolutely zero care or compassion from any of these people. Don€™t move here if you ever have an emergency. They will go out of their way to be condescending and rude.more ...hide ...

I booked a tour on their website, got a confirmation email AND text, got there, the leasing office was \"Open\" but locked, so I knocked on the door, a lady stared at me for a long period of time without acknowledging, so I told her through the closed door that we had an appointment, in which she walked up to the door and turned the open sign to closed right in front of me. Then she told me that booking a tour means youll take a virtual tour, aka watch a video on their website. This was never disclosed in the multiple confirmations and there is no logic to schedule watching a video online. So rude, unwelcoming, and unclear, I feel sorry for anyone that signs a lease!more ...hide ...
