My mom used to live there and she moved out on December she doesnt speak english so she went and aked Floreta the lady from the office that if she could tell her what day she had to give notice to the office that she was moving out and she told her t My mom used to live there and she moved out on December she doesnt speak english so she went and aked Floreta the lady from the office that if she could tell her what day she had to give notice to the office that she was moving out and she told her that that same day was fine so my mom quikly filled out the paper work and turned it in on november 5 and Floreta told her that she had to leave the apartment before January 1st so my mom did and they charged her 2 more months on the rent re called the regional manager and she was also very rude and mean to my mom and the reason my mom left the apartments was because she was cooking and the stove broke and the office called her and told her that she couldnt use the stove any more because she broke it and they charged her 300dls to get it fixed DONT GO TO THESE APARTMENTS THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEY ARE RACIST more ... hide ...

This is by far the nastiest apartment I have ever lived in. Do yourself a favor and dont rent from them. Ive had a slew of problems since moving in but being ignored for months on end has to take the cake! This place is a joke! They switched out apartments 3 days before move in, they switched us to a bigger apartment but I still pay over $900 for a tiny 1 bedroom, and they stuck us at the very back of the complex that seems to be where all the loud people are. The a/c (window unit because thats all they have) was covered in mold inside and out which the maintenance man admitted to but all I got was some mold and mildew cleaner sprayed on it. Seriously, I ignored all the bad reviews to save money on an apartment and would not recommend! When we originally signed our lease we rented the senna and were supposed to stay at that rate. Right now that apartment goes for 799 max and I pay $920 a month, even if I was paying. Im in a primrose but was getting the senna deal because of how bad they screwed us over at move in time and even if I rented that apartment today full price I would be paying less that I am right now.
