DO NOT Rent here Kim was an awful property manager I started having leaks in my apartment when I moved in and it took several months to repair Everything I put maintenance required several request before she would fix itnThere was black mold comin DO NOT Rent here Kim was an awful property manager I started having leaks in my apartment when I moved in and it took several months to repair Everything I put maintenance required several request before she would fix itnThere was black mold coming in through ac unit It was never addressed My walls refrigerator had the black mold in it I was very sick from this Kim never tried to replace the unit They installed a new refrigerator kindof They never installed the handle and it took a few weeks to take the old one away I ended up moving it out of my apartment It stood empty on the apartment porchnI texted Kim to have it removed because it was hazardous for childrennShe had no clue how to manage a propertynKim is vindictive and charge ME over 90000 for repairs after I moved out I am suing the property owners for all mentioned above and even morenIm warning you Go someplace that actually cares about tenants Kim only sees dollars Once you are in she turns a back on you more ... hide ...

I lived here for a little over a year This was a wonderful stepping stone place for my family I had no where to go and Inge worked with me to get me into my apartment When I had a seizure the day I moved in she made sure to check on me She was very s I lived here for a little over a year This was a wonderful stepping stone place for my family I had no where to go and Inge worked with me to get me into my apartment When I had a seizure the day I moved in she made sure to check on me She was very supportive while I was pregnant and even asked about my son after I moved The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is a few little things in the apartment Nothing big I never had any issues with bugs mold or the apartment being unclean I only had 2 maintenance issues and they were handled very quickly The neighbors are noisy but I never made a complaint so thats on me None of the light switches go to any lights and the kitchen is small which is my only negative but I knew that going in A little pricey for the size but Johnson county is expensive All in all I highly recommend these apartments more ... hide ...
