The most I like about Rosie I was able to talk to her in Spanish when I had to call for a work order or any question I had. couple months ago, I notified her I was leaving the apartment, but I was not able to know exactly the date because I did not know when I was closing on my house. Before I move out, I gave her two different dates and she worked with me, and she explain how much was gonna be for breaking the lease and everything else. Before I return the key, she did the walk through and told me you lived here for 6 years, and everything looks fine, so I was able to get my deposit back.
