Every week I had an issue in my unit and they would come multiple times to solve the problem. Even though they are a small team, they are very efficient. Moreover, the location of the apartment is very convenient; it is near ECU (they provide a shuttle from the apartments) and there are grocery stores and restaurants in walking distance (1-3 minutes).
