Manager Erik Olton knows about the rampant drug activity and other criminal activity going on there but does not care about the tenants under his responsibility. Conifer should be held liable for his mismanagement as well as their own; however, when concerns or inquiries are placed to their Rochester office they are sent back unsolved to the property level--making it virtually impossible for tenants to be heard. Renovations have been a huge inconvenience with injuries occurring due to a lack of consideration for health conditions and disabilities among residents. Tenants were promised that their belongings were insured by Conifer but this was not true; thus displaying poor ethics towards those living there. Furthermore, parking needs of seniors, disabled, and handicapped have been sacrificed in order to make way for valet parking which may cause many people to lose housing--this is an unacceptable example of affordable housing in this community! Show support for Fort Hill residents by asking these influential figures what they were thinking when choosing valet parking over resident's housing needs--many family members live there!
