Yeah the lady was nice enough I guess but she basically tried to tell me my friends service dog couldnt come by That were not pet friendly attitude shes not a pet I had to look it up and I hate having to look stuff up

We ended up needing to stay a few extra days as the manager at our new place was taking a holiday, but instead of being understanding, Margaret, the assistant manager, came with a security guard and tried to physically intimidate my handicapped elderly parents to make us leave on New Year's Eve.
