I have lived at Canyon Pointe apartments for 3 years and Im proud to be a part of this community Jolee and her team do an amazing job maintaining a safe clean and friendly environment for our familys and pets to live innnSince I have lived here she h I have lived at Canyon Pointe apartments for 3 years and Im proud to be a part of this community Jolee and her team do an amazing job maintaining a safe clean and friendly environment for our familys and pets to live innnSince I have lived here she has implemented new systems and policies such as community watch law enforcement patrol zero tolerance for crime vehicle parking permits designated smoking areas a new playground for the kids and monthly community events to name a fewnnJolee has created a neighborly environment among us teaching us to look out for one another and accountability of the cleanliness and upkeep of our living space I love it here more ... hide ...

Jolee is a sweetheart and goes above and beyond for her residents this is low income however the apartments are much nicer than the ones over at Oasis palms Rent is affordable for families the staff are all great and helpful

I applied some time ago, and as I had just been hired at my jobs and didn't have enough of a paystub history, I was rejected. Which I had no qualms with. What I had an issue with was the dealing with of my holding deposit. Any other property I had applied at and proposed refundable holding deposits would either call and tell me how long I had to get my refund before it would be withheld, or they would mail it back to me. Sierra Pointes management never mentioned a time limit on when I had to retrieve my holding deposit when they left a voice mail about the status of my application, and when I didn't observe it arrive in the mail I went in to see if I could still get it. When I went into the office, again, I was greeted very gruffly and when I asked if there was a chance I could still take my holding deposit, the woman at the front desk quickly retorted with a very discourteous "well I don't know who you are," instead of a simple "what was the name on the application?"
