Whenever I called maintenance for one thing, I had to call them again for something else. Since the new management, it took forever for them to come. My baby got heat rash before they could fix the air conditioner, which I was told had to be changed and repaired the year before but nothing happened. Every time I turned on the heater, the alarm sounded, and the fire department had to be called to my apartment multiple times. I have lived better in a third world country. If I could go back in time, I would choose somewhere else. It was the worst living experience that I have ever had. And this is only a few of the many issues I can discuss. If you decide to go ahead, be aware of the documents they might send in error. Document everything including your conversations on the phone and in person. The deceitfulness is real. They simply renovated an old apartment and rented it back. When I read the bad reviews, I thought it might just be people with bad experiences, but no, the place really is that bad. more ... hide ...
