I do not recommend renting at this property They do not care about the people who they house or their concerns I can attest to this first hand I was renting at this property and I fell behind about 3 months in rent and due to this and the fact the pr I do not recommend renting at this property They do not care about the people who they house or their concerns I can attest to this first hand I was renting at this property and I fell behind about 3 months in rent and due to this and the fact the property manager Marcela did not like myself or my family she refused to renew my lease It was the ultimate okie doke especially since they were legally unable to evict people at this time due to COVID Instead of my leasing office helping me fill out the VA Rent Relief program so I was no longer in debt they sent me to collections Now they refuse to give me any information regarding my previous lease so I am now unable to pursue the Rent Relief Program although I was eligible more ... hide ...

They really need someone else to handle phone calls and future residents services whoever is supposed to be handling that now is terrible No one answers the phone or replies to emails at all Almost impossible to get in contact with anyone
