They even threaten to contact CPS if your living conditions don't meet their standards. They are overly serious with their job and should instead put that effort into actually doing their duties such as plumbing and electrical work orders that are requested and never completed. They never replace filters unless you complain. No inspections unless they have a corporate head person inspecting certain units. There is a great deal of partiality towards certain tenants. There is no playground for the children, so they are forced to play with objects such as sticks and rocks, then we are penalized for it. You will be written up for insignificant matters as they are looking to evict people all the time due to their turnover rate.
