So far my experience has been very positive the housing manager is thorough and makes you feel good during the housing process while being professional and thorough with the housing application and time spent going over the necessary information

The attitude of those working in the office needs to improve. If someone dislikes people or their job, they should leave and find something else. The staff could greatly benefit from training, as there are frequent occasions where inaccurate data is provided, leading to delays in processes and the incorrect implementation of policies. Low-income housing does not imply that tenants are unintelligent, yet often I feel that is how they are treated. A little kindness goes a long way. Furthermore, the staff appears to be unwilling to contact residents by phone, which hinders recertification and interim certification processes. If the right people were notified in the proper manner, a lot of issues could be avoided.
