At first, I thought my apartment was ideal, but that changed once I moved in. I've been there for nearly a year and the office manager is very impolite. She even accused me of committing fraud regarding the income I reported on my tenancy agreement, even though I didn't have any checks to prove it. I lost my job and my mother passed away the following month. My cousin came to the apartment to give me some of my mother's possessions. Security then assumed my cousin was living there, which she wasn't, and the office staff falsely told them that she had said she was. They threatened to evict me, and gave me until 5pm that same day which was illegal. As a result, my child and I are homeless due to poor management. I wouldn't recommend this apartment to anyone, plus the neighborhood is quite dangerous. My neighbor is often beaten by her boyfriend and I've called the authorities multiple times, but nothing has been done. I'm being thrown out because of unfounded accusations, yet the abusers are still allowed to remain with five other people in their home. This is ridiculous.
