Perfect for a 18-19 yr old kid.If I were to look out my window I would see Skillman Ave. Believe it or not, my rent was only $275.00/mo. all utilities included Except for phone/cable. No cell phones back then so the only way of communication was a landline. So many years ago but I was just 18-19 yrs old. Again, it was a good place to live back then. But I see its a slum now. After reading some of the comments, it just makes me sick. BUT! its the sign-of-the-times. I just thought I share my own experience aaaannd maybe Im running down memory lane...lol.
