They gave me dirty toilet old dirty rugs broken cabinets and so ontoilet is from maybe 2000 years ago MOLDS NOISY LOUD NEIGHBORS THIEVES and Management wont do anything about itnI broke my lease and leftnI FEEL GREAT ABOUT IT

I went to this place yesterday with the hope of renting an apartment that I thought would be perfect for me. Ive lived with,and taken care of my mother for the last 20 years. I went in to speak to the rental agent,Diane, and she couldnt get rid of me fast enough. All I wanted to do was try to negotiate a possible way around the waiting list and when I tried to talk to her she got visibly angry. Seemed like I was incredible bother to her just by being there. I quickly left, not wanting to experience any more of this womans rudeness. I really wish I had never heard of this place. Maybe that way, I wouldnt have had my hopes shot down so badly in less than 60 seconds.more ...hide ...

I live at Concordia Arms Apartments and have for 3 plus years. I love it there, management is friendly and the maintenance man is great! He even remembers your name and will always say hello when he sees you.
