But its ok for drunks to party hard in the parking lot. Mantince was a joke I had problems with my window the only one they decided to come on the coldest day of the year in February and left window open for almost an hour while they had to go fix something else the window was never fixed right mold was all over the window I have pictures to prove it to more ... hide ... Thursday June 17th, Phyllis finally called me back and I explained that I had been trying to reach her and she said she saw a note so arrangements were made for me to finish the apartment on Sunday June 20, 21. I arrived at the apartment that Sunday to find that the locks had been changed and no staff on-site, so I instantly called and left a detailed message, thinking someone would call me first thing Monday morning. I didnt hear anything back on Monday morning so I called and spoke with Elmer and I asked to speak with Phyllis and he said she wasnt there so I asked when did he expect her back in the office because I had an emergency situation. Elmer didnt want to tell me when Phyllis would be available and became VERY MEAN, RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL and VERY UNHELPFUL like he always was each time I called prior to speak with Phyllis! Elmer said WHY YOU JUST NOW AT 10:35 ABOUT THIS and I said I called right after I realized the locks had been changed on me and that there was no staff on-site! He told me Phyllis said you finished up yesterday and that the apartment had been TRASHED( locks were changed) so I couldnt finish up like Phyllis and I discussed then Elmer hung up in my face and when I called back and asked him if he hung up ( he said what do you think)! The staff at Victoria Arms is the Most RUDE, HATEFUL, CRUEL and INSENSITIVE people Ive ever came across, Is this how we treat A Human Being who was only trying to take care of her deceased sisters personal belongings?
