The manager Kevin has been very rude and unruly to my grandmother. He has spoken down to her on a few occasions. She continues to complain about the mole thats on her wall unit. Kevin sends maintenance to scrub it off. I t returns and his solution is not changing. I would like for her to move but she enjoys her neighbors and the Florissant area. The leasing manager is rude!! It clearly states the leasing office opens at 8. I went there and was told the leasing manager doesnt come in until 9. No big deal. I come back at 9:15. I say good morning and begin asking a bout leasing. The lady clearly ignoring my questions says, \"Well I dont have NOTHING.\" So I began asking her about when homes would become available. My daughter lived here for about a year. 4 story floors were suspended in mid-air and we had to cross over a wooden bridge onto a wooden deck and you can see down to each floor whenever I would visit and it seemed like t he planks were loose so I was always the a little scared crossings the bridge and going up the stairs. Winter was hard because everything was outside so ice and snow made it worse, And my daughter was pregnant at the time I was glad when she moved. more ... hide ...
