I live here and I absolutely love it I waited a long time on a list to move here

Apartments need to be updated From the beginning of my move in there were items that did not get fixed Appliances are old The apartment smell like cigarette smoke and No I dont smoke They said it was painted but didnt smell like fresh paint Noisy nei Apartments need to be updated From the beginning of my move in there were items that did not get fixed Appliances are old The apartment smell like cigarette smoke and No I dont smoke They said it was painted but didnt smell like fresh paint Noisy neighbors that partied all night long Violence were on the property and didnt seemed to get addressed by the office Only saw the security officer once Residents did not properly disposed their trash properly Trash would be on the parking lot by the stairwell and outside the dumpster Dumpsters was always overflowing Maintenance was not knowledgeable about the work that was done in my apartment There where days weeks when no one was in the office I did receive my deposit back which was the only good thing about being there more ... hide ...

A decent place They work hard to accommodate the disabled Seems quiet with some periods of traffic and low noise Convenient to stores and restaurants Would recommend if your income is somewhat limited but need decent place
