The apartments are not bad at all I like the wash machine an the kitchen appliances thats all an I have down stairs apartment I would never get a downstairs again in my life my first time with a downstairs an the last time

I would give it 5 stars because its not all that bad But Im giving it 3 stars is because all paper work should be done all at one time instead of keep coming back out to the office to sign papers and to keep bringing the same papers every time

My daughter lived here briefly Its the ghetto People crowding the breezeway at all hours Drugs Violence The hallways smell like the dumpster Trash everywhere These are income based so you get what you pay for
