From the start of the conversation, she had a BAD ATTITUDE, when I did nothing wrong. Who ever she was, her attitude was unnecessary, and she racial profiled me assuming that I knew Spanish. I am not fluent in Spanish, I am new person coming into the facility, and I did not deserve this persons UNMANNERLY, IMPOLITE, RUDENESS.
