Everybody smokes weed and cigarettes outside, heavily. The reason I moved out quickly, I had someone try to break in my front door within a month of living there. The whole time I moved in people would stand outside and watch me bring all my stuff inside. As well as watching to see if I locked my car. Couple weeks later, I had to make a report of someone trying to break in. By my mail box there was a man always standing with a gun holstered obviously he knew more about the place then I did.
