Beautiful wellkept grounds quick maintenance relatively quiet neighborhood convenient to stores and bus stops very friendly staff Weve lived here nearly 10 years and have no plans to move

Quality of life was fine but they charged me 150 out of my deposit to paint the walls walls which were NOT DAMAGED when I moved out Its garbage and its a property company abusing their tenants

We found out our place was indeed re rented, and then not long after we received a bill for over $2,500 for collections (2 months rent, plus collections fees) which are in the process of being disputed, which has been a nightmare. They are VERY strict, micro manage the place to the point of intrusion. IE: chair outside by your door, all of your comings and goings, inspections, and also there were a few mentally disabled people there, who we were unlucky enough to live by, who complained about EVERYTHING! So do yourself a favor. This is like living in the Missoula projects.
