Beautiful wellkept grounds quick maintenance relatively quiet neighborhood convenient to stores and bus stops very friendly staff Weve lived here nearly 10 years and have no plans to move

Quality of life was fine but they charged me 150 out of my deposit to paint the walls walls which were NOT DAMAGED when I moved out Its garbage and its a property company abusing their tenants
