It could be because people have bad credit or background checks, or they park in the wrong places, so they get towed or fined. The other day, I was in the office and the manager was helping an elderly woman who thought her car was registered, but it wasn't. It's just those who don't follow the rules and cause trouble that get kicked out. So, give the staff a break - they are trying their best even though they are understaffed. more ... hide ...

I paid nearly 1100 dollars in deposits for a 4 bedroom in the beginning of May and was told a week before the move-in date that the apartment had been given to another applicant. I paid nearly 1100 dollars in deposits for a 4 bedroom in the beginning of May and was told a week before the move-in date that the apartment had been given to another applicant. It is possible that this entire application procedure is a hoax to get personal information. When I asked for the floor plan of the 4 bedroom twice, the second time I asked for one, they sent me pictures of an apartment and the grounds, not an actual floor plan. I'm not even sure if they have 4 bedrooms or if there are any apartments available when they take application fees and deposits. So, for everyone looking for affordable housing, be aware that they are conning applicants. I did get my deposit back, but since it was a money order, I have to mail it back to Western Union, which will cost me more money for a refund. When we returned to the office, the staff was very rude and unprofessional, throwing my documents on the desk. I'm so glad that the universe has protected my family by not allowing us to get the apartment we paid a deposit for!
