I submitted an online application on Sunday evening May 22, but approval did not come through until Thursday May 26, and was denied initially, however, they altered it with a more expensive deposit which I can't manage. I found a much better apartment opposite the street which was authorized in less than 24 hours. This place charges a $175 holding fee, and keep it even if you don't sign a lease with them. I instantly declined the apartment on the same day I was approved as I located a better one without having to pay a higher deposit. The leasing officer informed me that I cannot get my $175 back as they held the unit for 4 days while my application was under review. I don't consider this to be ethical of them to keep the full deposit, especially since they are demanding a deposit substantially more than what was listed when I initially applied. I would be content if they would give me half of my deposit back. I'm going to attempt to recover my money any way I can. Please do not waste your time applying at this place, there are several better apartments out there. If I can discover one, so can you - just keep researching and don't settle for this one! more ... hide ...

Lived on this complex for a number of years and it has just got worse and worse Every winter they have boiler issues 3 years in a row Its now a game will I have hot water when I come home will I have heat Who knows Certainly not the people at the lea Lived on this complex for a number of years and it has just got worse and worse Every winter they have boiler issues 3 years in a row Its now a game will I have hot water when I come home will I have heat Who knows Certainly not the people at the leasing office They keep raising the rent without providing anything for them I havent seen pest control spray out here in years not since the previous owner I put in a work order for our heat last week no one responded but they let themselves into our personal space without letting us know they would come by Who doesnt want to walk into two strangers in their living room Had a fire in the building last year we are still waiting on them to install the weather stripping on our door that the fire department broke down and they replaced Its been almost a year I shouldnt have to nag for people to do their jobs and for an apartment complex to provide heat and hot water on a consistent basis And if we are not going to have water or heat we should be notified before they just turn it off more ... hide ...
