The people here are friendly and the building has been completely renovated making it a pleasant abode. We are privileged to have a view of the Saint Clair River and can easily access the buses from the front and back doors. Regardless of what others may say, this is a wonderful place to inhabit. Even though there are occasional problems, every apartment complex has them. Fortunately, we have Darcy, the manager, and Matt and Katie who promptly attempt to solve every issue. They are all hardworking and go above and beyond their job descriptions to help out the residents. In the event of a bed bug infestation, which is common in all complexes in the city, Darcy will quickly arrange for their extermination. more ...
