I use to love it here now its just sad kids are running wild stealing cars When I moved in Schooner Cove had the property I was promised new Kitchen cabinets and Carpet didnt receive either because we received new owners One day while at work I guess I use to love it here now its just sad kids are running wild stealing cars When I moved in Schooner Cove had the property I was promised new Kitchen cabinets and Carpet didnt receive either because we received new owners One day while at work I guess it was some leak downstairs they came in removed the Vanity from the wall in the restroom which had a bottle of Gorilla Glue sitting on the sink they knocked it down it wasted all over the floor the Maintenance guy at the time said he would be back to install new tile never happened more ... hide ...

But people fail to remember is its an apartment complex in a big little city. My only true complaint is that the rent is pretty ridiculous for a roughly 550 square feet apartment. Yes, I understand that youre paying for convenience, everything you need is literally 10-15 minutes away from you. Staff is fantastic as long as you come to them with a cool head. Maintenance was on point for the most part when it came to personal home issues. If I could change something minor about this place is the \"secure doors\". They try to fix this but the tenants usually thwart this to make it easier to get in and out. Fix the darn hydraulics door closer. The doors slam everytime someone enters, but you sleep through this after about 3 months of vacancy.Overall, I give 4 stars due to the price being higher than I believe it should be.
