Yes I would love very much to offer my opinion about this place There has been several management but none in my opinion are doing a good job They have finally fixed the front door but that doesnt stop people from leaving the front door of the buildi Yes I would love very much to offer my opinion about this place There has been several management but none in my opinion are doing a good job They have finally fixed the front door but that doesnt stop people from leaving the front door of the building wide open for anyone to walk in There are no rules in place to keep the residents from keeping this place clean The place is not sanitized on a daily basis and these people do not always wear masks like they should The management is too cheap to hire people to really take care of this place and run it efficiently like it should I report constantly about the washing machines and the dryers how they need repair Things are always breaking down in this place and it takes forever to get things fixed Who is listening and will do something more ... hide ...

I have family that lives in this apartment complex Management has changed multiple times because of this our seniors are affected No consistency in exterminations keeping the complex clean or machines working properly Just recently many of the reside I have family that lives in this apartment complex Management has changed multiple times because of this our seniors are affected No consistency in exterminations keeping the complex clean or machines working properly Just recently many of the residents received late notices for the month of June rent For majority of the month there was no management on the premises Residents dropped off their rent payments in the drop boxes Due to no one being on site the rent payments were picked up late and deposited late and now management has sent late notices out to all of majority of the tenants requiring them to pay late fees They are trying to penalize the tenants for their failures This post is to document the ongoing problems that exist within Lakeside Gardens Senior Community more ... hide ...
