For the past 2 years I have been at the same place and I had not rented for 6 plus years before that because I lived with my sick mother as her care giver I have good rental history and no evictions Im not a felon and have a good background

I am quiet not usually a lot of visitors non smoker who prefers non smokers and fresh clean air around me I love helping people but dont like sharing my space I have been used to a min of 650 Sq ft but would love more 2 br no carpet metal security door on all doors washer dryer hookup yard so I can build or use a storage shed parking next to unit and off street not a lot of neighbors but good relationships with those that I have Just ask my neighbor Hector I have been saving some beautiful red brick to build a patio I have never gardeners before but would love to grow some veges in a selfwayering container garden I love animals and try to help out where I can I bought a 3 year membership to Reid Park Zoo and have helped with lost and found I am a member of my religious organization and attend regularly I have multiple cats who are very well behaved use the litter box which is regularly cleaned and their scratching poles They have never damaged the unit I am happy to pay a pet deposit preferably refundable but not pet rent I have my own window acs if the place is swamp cooled I would just need permission to install I have my own wetdry vac to help with cleaning up water after scrubbing the tile floors Israeli style and a sonic care to give the floors a thorough clean and polish I have my own washer dryer and dishwasher I even have some of my own cabinets if need beMy current landlord said he would provide me with a good tenant letter but that he wants to remodel I have been in section 8 4 years They are giving me a 60 day voucher as of Oct 2 It is a 1 bedroom voucher but I am hoping to be able to afford 2br with the extra 108 Plus there will be a rental increase available sometime by Feb I would love a house it could be a mobile a duplex could be more than 1 story with stairs as long as I have a yard where I can have storage and a washer dryer hookup I currently live in a 5 plex Not very interested in a large complex or at least not in a lot of neighbors who share my airspace Section 8 requires that if I pay utilities I be the only one using it so no shared utilities The benefit of section 8 is that your rent is always paid once you pass inspection Tenant can lose section 8 if they dont pay their share or cause problemsI have #*#*# hidden# Toyota Corolla SI live on SSDI but hope stability will help me to create a business and write my ideas down A friend has offered help with hiring an organizercleaner for me to help me keep things together I love having a good relationship with my landlord and truly appreciate dealing directly with himher if possible

My most recent credit score was 710 I can provide you the credit report that Primavera pulled 10 days ago I have been in my current unit 45 years My previous one 4 years and before that 6 years I ALWAYS pay on the 12th of the month BEFORE rent is due so I know what I have left I can come up with the deposit I receive SSDI along with section 8 Under section 8 I can stretch the rent 10 of my income which gives me an extra 108 to use above the section 8 limit of 652 if I pay all utilities 675 if I pay electric and 7 if landlord pays all utilities so I should be able to afford more house
