I have a disability and my son also we have a reasonable accommodation for a 3 bedroom for medical equipment I have resided in my current home for 10 years and my adult children moved out I dont like to move but unfortunately I am being forced because of my household size Myself and son do have care providers that come in and out the home several times a week A PCA skilled nursing and a home maker I can provide documents of our service and health I am on a fixed income I receive social security for myself and my son I also have a section 8 housing choice voucher I would like to get a rent to own home at some point I just want a stable home for now

My credit score is frozen at this time due to fraud I have no criminal background and I dont like to move so my current residency is my last 10 years of rental history
