City vouchers Unemployment looking to move ASAP

Looking for a single family home flat ranch style two bedrooms would like 2 bathrooms if possible I dont have any pets want a yard for our Grandchildren to play in or where we could put a pool would like a driveway for parking or even a garage I have a Hud Certificate would like owners of the home we are buying to work with the Housing of Urban Development

My credit score isnt fantastic but it is not drastically poor somewhere around #*#*# hidden# never have I ever bought a home before We have rented the home we are living in now for going on fifteen years Rent and bills have always been paid every month We are looking for the best place to call our own

I have a 2 bedroom housing voucher with the colorado springs housing authority it is just me kaprisha jones and my 14 year old daughter no pets I am self employed and recieve government assistance But if I need a cosigner for any reason I have a good long term bussiness partner and good friend that is willing to sign on anything that might help me out if that may be needed So please know that if it would be needed to make a difference with me I just truly need a place for me and my daughter as soon as possible and I am prepared for what ever may hender that from transpires And Im will and will accept any style or kind or type of unit I have not preferences just a place to live for me and my daughter with two or more bedrooms

I have no background issues what so ever I have only had two land lords over the past 6 years Juanita mcclinton #*#*# hidden# and Jacob mcghee #*#*# hidden# so i have good rental history My credit Its not that great but its not because I own anybody I dont owe any money on my credit I just dont have any old credit on my credit is new itso my credit score is not that great I dont owe anyone or anybody properties I just have limited but im Im working on getting new credit and I was a victim of identity theft and im getting any issues taken care everybday
