Ive lived in my fair share of apartments, and this one has definitely been the worse. The photos on the website are a scam. The apartments are poorly renovated (an understatement, as everything broke within the first wee k of living there). There are roaches and mice. You never have hot water, or working air conditioning. There are also emergency water shut-offs 2-3 times a month (which negatively affects the AC). The water shut-offs typically happen later in the day, so the office workers get off and leave their residents with no running water for hours, and no assistance. Since I have lived here, the amenities were never open or usable. Ive sent in numerous maintenance requests that were unfulfilled. The management team is impossible to reach, even through email or voicemail. I was told by Lydia (who works in the office) that they receive too many phone calls a day to return voicemails. Mind you, I have never seen the office workers on the phone when I have visited the office. The complex is extremely unsafe. Cars are broken into regularly, non-residents sleep out by the pool at night, and the gates never work. Im sure the management will comment on here that they are willing to help resolve these issues, however, you can never reach them! If I could leave 0 stars, I would. more ... hide ...

I have lived here over 8 years and I LOVE it here! Yes, there have been times when management wasnt available, but if I needed to discuss something with the manager I would just call the number listed on the office door and someone would contact me the same day without fail. It is mostly quiet here with the exception of summer breaks and people using the pool, which I live next to. The noise has not been an issue for me though. The rent has gone up over the years, which reflects the normal cost of living increases that happen to everyone. I think it is a great value for the location and size of my apartment! I plan on staying here for the foreseeable future. It is close to my doctors, grocery stores, and Park Place Mall. Our current manager Loretta is quick to resolve any issues I have regarding maintenance, and shes a great lady! And our main maintenance man is awesome! more ... hide ...
