Management is onsite, courtesy officer 8 pm to 2 am nightly. Large pool, beautiful courtyard with tables and seating for many. Walking distance to the beach, downtown, and sbcc. On top of all that, they are more affordab le than most apartments in SB. I see some bad reviews probably from disgruntled tenants with minimal rental experience. To be fair and in comparison to other management companies, they do rise above the rest in service and compassion. I suggest if are looking for a place to live that provides the essential; location, price, amenities, that you should schedule an appointment and meet management and view the property in person before letting possible bias reviews taint your first impression. I was at the property La Brezza yesterday and was greeted with a smile treated professionally. I noticed that they have updated the landscaping, the property was clean, most of the apartments have been upgraded. The manager told me about a new secret garden/courtyard in the works for 2021 toward the back of the property, it sounds amazing and l am looking forward to another cool place to hang out. Last, the community is amazing, the residents are nice and always inviting and social. more ... hide ...
