Id give this place -stars but I cant. First of all backflow leaking all over. Office closed no staff. No sign nothing. No number to call. Unkept landscaping. Trash all over parking lot. What happen to this place? Stopped here just about a year and was a cute place,good staff. Where did they go? Now its a depressed, uninviting place. Seems like the life is gone. Talked to a few residents and they wont even recommend their own community..Truly sad. more ... hide ...

HORRIBLE!!!! Doesnt begin to describe it!! Managed by Jon Stewart Company; they are EVIL people. Every on site mgr they hire is EVIL and targets family by family for no reason in particular. I lived there with my three y oung sons for 7 years. It felt like a prison. While the good families do their part by paying on time, keeping units clean, etc, mgmt allows drug dealing to run rampant. While we lived there, an unauthorized tenant illegally discharged a firearm in his mothers unit! No action was taken by mgmt. It is also located adjacent to Jose Ave Park. The park seems ok, but its NOT. Prostitution by very young girls, lots of drugs/dealing/use, and gang activity. Yeah, I really want my kids around there. No. We got out as soon as we could. Never to return. On to greener pastures. more ... hide ...
