Why Im leaving...Hillview Ridge Apartments 1. Been here for really long time now, It was a great place with last managements and maintenance worker getting things fix and done. Now with the new management that been here for few year now still dont really know what she doing most of the time. Remember the new management first time sent us a \"Eviction Notice\" that our Renewing lease coming up soon. It got us so scares when we saw that, but when we start to read down more all it was our Renewing lease coming up soon and thought were getting kick out. Most the time the management not in the office, not picking up phone and missing/late to appointment that set by them.Now the place is not upkeep like it use to be when we move in. Management/Maintenance seem to become lazy and taking longer to get thing fix.Big Privacy issues:The one thing I really hate about this is walls are very thin. We hear both of our neighbors all the time, and Im sure they hear us too.Hate, Need fix, or badHillview Ridge Apartments 1*1 space; Assigned Parking. carport - Nope not Hillview Ridge Apartments 1- Might have to fight for parking mostly at night or park far away. Hate this too. Been told many time they are fixing it soon and still havent.*A lot dead lights at night that havent been fix for really long time now.*Not upkeep like it use too*Maintenance Lazy/to to busy*Sometime sending wrong notices*upstairs Balcony is not safe for kids. Things can fall/water down to downstairs neighbor. more ... hide ...
