Im a resident here and have been since they opened i wouldnt recommend this apartment I agree with the person below me a lot of mental disability out of control here I too have mental disabilities but I take dail y medicine as needed to stop me from getting out of control sometimes Im inside my apartment at night and all I hear is banging on the walls and screaming its quite frightening to be honest the new manager is a bigger girl named Edith in my personal opinion the last woman was more fit for the property here and had a lot of these issues under control the new lady doesnt do much here and its impacted the building tremendously hopefully they get someone new soon and the issues get resolved I used to enjoy staying here everyone used to love and enjoy the events karaoke and good food its too bad they switched out that manager and now theres this lady shes not rude I wouldnt agree with those reviews but shes lazy and not very proactive with the residents I would 100% agree with she doesnt know what shes doing and doesnt like to confront the crazy people and fix the problems and the events are horrible now more ... hide ...

In my treasure hunt to find places that are not yet added to Google Maps I found this old apartment building. The information in Maps just said building and had no photos.I happen to know some people who live there so I took a few pictures and submitted a place creation to Google Maps. Much to my delight it was approved. So, I am writing this review to get the credit (first review) and points in the Local Guide program.Writing reviews is a fun creative hobby that I hope helps the people who read them. While I mostly review public spaces like restaurants and parks, I thought it might be helpful for people who are visiting the apartments for the first time to get a look at their destination on Google Maps.Its a nice quiet little building situated far back from the street. It has a lovely courtyard with lots of flowers and a patio for private gatherings outdoors. The patio must have come in handy during the pandemic. There is even a little vegetable garden in the back of the building.If you are a first time visitor or a delivery driver I hope that the photos and review are helpful. more ... hide ...
