I totally ageee with you victor and on top of that rude and no customer service and it come with an ugly attitude and same goes with the owner and manager or she calls herself the oversee of all property. oh i should for get that they pick and choose who they want to rent out and then turn around and discriminate . Manager cant close her book right at the end of the month.what a shame! thank god that im not working for this rude people and that discriminate and harassed anybody they want too. more ... hide ...

I have the vaterra 2 years pretty much management is very nice and helpful every time I have a maintenance problem they come within a day and a half problems with roaches I am very clean but I think our attendance to not keep their place like myself but as soon as I detect any roaches in my apartment I am form management and they quickly respond and take care of a problem as long as I keep up with my part I think that other tenants need to do their part as to maintain their areas and cleaning other than that I have had my car broken into twice but I feel pretty safe I have not had any problems with anybody the only problem I really hate and feel disgusted about is the pool its very filthy and very unhealthy to swim in I feel the rent is too overpriced for this area especially because we did not have or I do not see any security around at any time more ... hide ...
