Do. Not. Stay. Here.I stayed here for a year and couldnt have been more grateful to finish out the lease. To start, we had a terrible first impression. When we moved in, there were multiple things wrong with the unit: le aking pipes, paint ALL over the floors and refrigerator, disgusting bathroom, missing light bulbs, bad paint job, and a broken dishwasher. They clearly rushed us in there and didnt check to see if everything was good before giving us the keys. On the first day, a neighbor came up to us saying there was an incident at the 711 across the street the night before, possibly involving a knife...How comforting. The parking situation was awful, no one parked in their unit spots. We were given notes by neighbors telling us to move or we would be towed, only to find out later that parking is free for all and you can not be towed. I was concerned for my safety on multiple occasions. Doors were always propped open without fail. Glass doors constantly shattered. Hallways dirty and laundry room trashed. The laundry room was the most disgusting part, NEEDS renovated. Ignorant neighbors. Theres always someone yelling in the hallway, or kids running around and stomping as late as midnight. Had at least a couple of stolen packages. The dumpster at night is infested with rats. Overall, just an awful experience and a run-down place that seemed to be pushed aside and not cared for. Maintenance is slow to respond. Management is terrible. Yes, its probably one of the cheapest apartments in Denver, but you definitely get what you pay for. more ... hide ...
