We have been here a few months and are very happy! We moved into a renovated apartment and love how beautiful it looks. We are happy to see all the improvements being made on the property.I have used the gym and pelotons several times and am very happy with them! The only thing that would make it even better is if there was a row machine in the gym area.My son loves the playground and basketball area! We go almost everyday and play!We are bummed that the pool is not open right now (end of June) and it seems like there hasnt been much progress on the fence around the pool since we got here in end of April. Epernay Apartments is a joke. We have had terrible experience here, and have lived here for a couple of years now. Upon move in apartment carpet was not replaced, paint was very sloppy, dishwasher broke within two months of living here, and it took 3 months to get a new one. Our air conditioner quit while I was pregnant and it took 2 months to receive a new one. Upkeep has been terrible.. we were told to get mouse traps when we had a rodent issue, as well as to buy ant deterrent when we had bugs beyond belief. Our kids play outside almost daily and I have found broken glass, plastic and trash all over the play area. It doesnt matter how many times you call maintenance and put in a work order, because itll take days before they show up. one of our kids colored a square on our patio door and conveniently two weeks prior to us moving out, they left a notice that the play chalk on the patio is a violation of our lease agreement and defacing of property.I would NOT recommend these apartments to anyone. more ... hide ...

My wife and I visited her mother, who is a resident at this facility. The public rooms and areas are clean. Parking is good and usually available for guests. Handicap parking is generally used by residents and rarely is any left for visitors. One day we used the common room for a welcome party for my wife and her family. The staff did a nice job preparing the common room for our little party. Another time, we visited while a local band played in the common room and our family enjoyed 2 hours of great music. more ... hide ...
