This is a really great place to live in Fort Collins! Great location and fairly new apartments make it easy to live here. The new property management team communicates really well and is very responsive to requests.Parkin g is pretty good I rarely had to park far away from my house. The walls are thick so I rarely heard my neighbors.I am taking off one star due to my unit smelling like cigarette smoke and never having that concern properly addressed. Aside from that this was a great place to live!!! If I ever move back to Fort Collins I know the first place Ill try to move in. more ... hide ...

Be CAREFULL when you apply this apartment. First step, they collect your application fee (non-refundable), and then they collect your deposit. Second step, they hold your application for a while like 3 weeks to 4 weeks. Third step, close to the moving day, they reject your application silently, without notifying you on a timeline manner. Finally, you lose your application fee and your deposit. If you do not want to LOSE your money, and to deal such kind of an UNETHICAL business please stay away from this apartment.I would give a zero star if I could. more ... hide ...

Love the Quayle! Been here about a year and liked living here very much even though the slight downside would be the echos and vibrations from door slamming or normal apartment noises in the historical part of the buildi ng but if that stuff dont bother you then Id say youre set!The management and the maintenance team (Lisa & Jeremy) completely make up for noises and are absolutely wonderful and so attentively involved with solutions, its something I have never experienced before..Highly recommend leasing here if youre a social person who likes lots of nightlife events in the area or even a foodie or even just seeking solitude.. more ... hide ...
