Lived here from late 2019 to spring 2022. This is a nice complex and its in a nice area; close to shopping, food, gas stations and Fort Carson. Theres some cute parks on the complex property and in proximity to it. The s taff has always been nice and professional. Maintenance was always prompt and professional as well. No major issues with the unit we had.So now what Im going to say does not reflect any individual that works in the office.At the time of renewing our last lease term, they attempted to raise the rent by 38% saying they adjusted the rent because of the market. I understand that there are market fluctuations and that property owners and landlords have the right to increase rent if they want, but it doesnt change the fact that its purely out of greed that they press people to pay more and raise rent so significantly. Corporate can ultimately choose to be fair and adjust rent fairly as well.We were ready to move upon hearing that information. There was no way we were going to pay roughly $1,800 for an apartment when, for that price, we could find some other sensible options. When we made them aware that we were seriously considering moving instead of paying the increased rent, they then chose to work with us and lowered the rent, which had previously been non-negotiable, and only increased rent by about $100 instead of the roughly $500 they wanted before.Let me be very clear, I am THANKFUL that we were able to work out something that was reasonable, but I want people to know what they may face moving here, especially as there is no rent increase limits in Colorado. more ... hide ...

Really didnt know what to say but when we moved in it has been a blessing to have this remarkable apartment. The ladies in the office Shanda and Diana are always friendly and helpful. Shanda will keep you laughing with her humor and Diana always has a smile on her face. The maintenance team especially Joe will stop what he is doing to help you with an issue. I would say that it would be better with central air but this wall air conditioner gets the job done. Very clean property and Lenny is always walking around making sure. The view of the mountains is refreshing to look at in the morning. Our over all experience has been awesome and glad to finally have an amazing place to call home. The only nice about this apartment complex is the maintenance. They always fix things in a fast time frame. The apartment complex does not seem to take pride in their amenities. The weight room hasnt been cleaned sin ce I have lived here which is over 9 months. The exercise machines are extremely filthy. The bowling alley and game room are only open during office hours which most people are working during the office hours so its a waste. The pool area is rarely cleaned. It took a months for them to finally get the heat on for the pool and now the pool is cold again. The entrances maybe get cleaned once a month and are always filthy. There are a decent amount of spiders and wasps. I asked them to spray our apartment because even on the third floor we were getting lots of spiders and they never sprayed. Their seems to be a pest problems in the heating system in our building but it has never been taken care of. The office building is supposed to have computers and printers available for the residents but the printers have been out of ink since I moved in 9 months ago. All in all, there just isnt any pride taken with the amenities that we pay extra for. I find myself getting frustrated all the time and once the lease is up in august Im definitely going to a better complex. I have also heard lots of complaints about not getting the full security deposit back even if the apartment has no problems when moving out. I would just avoid this apartment!! I have heard from other residents management was way better a couple years ago and had completely gone down hill.I just wrote a comment! more ... hide ...
