The following review is strictly in regards to the service provided by Benjamin of the maintenance team:I recently reported a leak above my bathroom ceiling. Benjamin inspected, identified, and fixed the leaking pipe fit ting in a timely manner. He returned and did an outstanding job repairing and finishing the damaged drywall. During this visit, he took it upon himself to inspect my hot water heater as many residents have been reporting issues. He determined a replacement was needed and submitted the work order himself. The following week he came out and single-handedly replaced my water heater located on the second story balcony of the apartment building. He was very personable and did an exceptional job explaining the technical aspects of the repairs. Thank you Benjamin! more ... hide ...

AVOID REVIVEWhere do I begin? Contacting someone who can help is difficult. Your usually shuffled around, filed away, told someone will come take a look and nothing happens. You can call the office but youll probably get a middle man that says theyll pass the message along and nothing happens.Now for hygiene, the carpeted stairs make sure to trap all the dirt and oil. Every building smells awful, old or smokey. Out of the 3 washing machines in my building 1 works so it takes forever. The walls and floors are so old youll hear every step, every AC turn on, every shower your takes.And as for the price you get all of those awful perks for the price of renting a house. Sure the amenities are none existent but youll still pay full price. Let me just say Revive is very fitting cause this place it dead and dying.Now for security, the doors are usually propped open or damaged. When I was moving in a year ago they said they would install cameras and penalize those who did this. There are no cameras, maybe one security guard for 50+ buildings. But theyre honestly too afraid to enforce most things.Every time I see someone looking to lease here I see people being duped by smiling faces. They know theyre getting you to sign with a place with no communication, no maintenance team, no accountability.Ive lived in 8 different apartments in my life and this one is easily the worst.AVOID REVIVE more ... hide ...
