Nice place but the communication between staff has been terrible since new management took over We had our dog fee waived a year ago initially because our room wasnt even ready at the proper move in date about guess this would be a sign of things to Nice place but the communication between staff has been terrible since new management took over We had our dog fee waived a year ago initially because our room wasnt even ready at the proper move in date about guess this would be a sign of things to come A year later were being heckled by a new leasing agent because our pet is not on the lease The maintenance team never communicates with the repair contractors Recently had to schedule our AC getting fixed 3 separate occasions because they couldnt get on the same page Once we got a time scheduled I come back to my apartment and the AC has yet to be fixed and my apartment is filled with the contractors equipment I would not recommend this rental as after one year rent was significantly increased and new management seems to be trending this property towards being a low value rental more ... hide ...
